Build:W/any Dragon Slash Warrior

The PvXwiki community finds this to be an excellent build. Through the PvX vetting system, it has reached an overall rating in the range from 4.5 to 5.0 and thus qualifies for the highest category of working builds: Great. This build has been designed for the following use: PvP AB PvP GvG PvP HA PvP RA PvP TA

A definite pressure Warrior. Without Final Thrust, the ability to spike is weakened, but Dragon Slash allows you to spam your adrenaline skills much more often. This is a strongly offense-oriented warrior for HA and GvG, but it can be used in AB and the Arenas with some modification (see Variants).

Warrior / No profession 12 + 1 + 1 Swordsmanship 12 + 1 Strength Sever Artery Core Warrior. Swordsmanship 14 Sever Artery Sword Attack If this attack hits, the opponent begins Bleeding for 24 seconds, losing Health over time. This attack skill has 13% armor penetration. 4 Gash Core Warrior. Swordsmanship 14 Gash Sword Attack If this attack hits a Bleeding foe, you strike for 19 more damage and that foe suffers a Deep Wound, lowering that foe's maximum Health by 20% for 19 seconds. This attack skill has 13% armor penetration. 6 Dragon Slash Factions Warrior. Swordsmanship 14 Dragon Slash Elite Sword Attack If Dragon Slash hits, you strike for +38 damage and gain 5 strikes of adrenaline. This attack skill has 13% armor penetration. 10 Bull's Strike Core Warrior. Strength 13 Bull's Strike Melee Attack If this attack hits a moving foe, you strike for +27 damage, and your target is knocked down. This attack skill has 13% armor penetration. 10 5 "For Great Justice!" Core Warrior. Unlinked "For Great Justice!" Shout For 20 seconds, whenever you gain adrenaline, you gain 100% more. 45 5 Frenzy Core Warrior. Unlinked Frenzy Stance For 8 seconds, you attack 33% faster but take double damage. 4 5 Rush Prophecies Warrior. Strength 13 Rush Stance For 18 seconds, you move 25% faster. 4 Resurrection Signet Core No Profession. Unlinked Resurrection Signet Signet Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost. 3 Template code

• Any armor set can be used with this build.
• Vampiric, Zealous, Ebon, Furious prefixes, and with an of Fortitude suffix are preferred.

[edit] Usage

• Regardless of secondary profession, this build focuses on repeatable adrenaline attacks to apply pressure on the target, while other warriors come in to spike.
• Use For Great Justice to gain adrenaline more quickly.
• Use Rush to start off your attacks and to either run from or run to a target

• Anti-warrior conditions and hexes apply to this build.

[edit] Variants

• Take Sun And Moon Slash instead of "For Great Justice!" to have an unblockable attack skill.
• Replace Rush with Dash, Sprint or Enraging Charge for a different speed boost.
• If you're looking for self-healing, take Healing Signet, along with additional points in Tactics, or just take along Lion's Comfort for a less powerful heal that can also feed Dragon Slash.
• Take Shock for a knockdown.
• You can add Conjure spells for additional pressure.
• Take Disarm as utility.
• If a hard res is preferred, take Death Pact Signet. Place extra attribute points into Restoration Magic.
• Replace Frenzy with Tiger Stance, and Rush with Enraging Charge.

• Final Thrust does not synergize well with Dragon Slash, thus the build not making use of it.
• Pairs well with Devastating Hammer and Shock Axe.
• This build cannot cope with hexes.
